Mensch's second single is finally out! If their debut, Goddess, was already a genious single, this second release tells us these guys are working hard and getting even better. Miqano is a damn wealthy track; it's deep, soulful, hypnotic; the music bares reference to many different instruments and influences, many perspectives and many proposes..., it's impossible to enumerate them all; I guess I have never found a track that's as hard to be related to the way Miqano is, the horizon reached by this song is just indescribable by simple words. Previously known by internet users, it has got a superb sister on this CD: OK. It's a nostalgic track; melancholic vocals go along with an awesome instrumentation, developed through a basis on loops and strings.
It's really hard to portray so much delight. It seems like all the beauty has got sick of the ordinary things and decided to take refuge in Mensch's music. Bookmark these guys, their first album is on the corner. If you consider yourself a trip-hopper or just like the genre, you better pay attention to them.
