This list of artists brings the profiles alphabetically, in crescent order. Beside each artist profile you'll find a list of recommendations. The idea is: "if you like this artist, do also try these ones". The artists aren't related just because they are similar and only on those cases (that's why the list ins't named "related artists"). Sometimes 2 bands can be related on that list because both have a same musician on its formation (as Antenne and Amstrong) or had it in the past (as Sin and Richard Dorfmeister from the duo Kruder & Dorfmeister), because one of the artists has collaborated with the other one (as Tricky and Martina Topley-Bird), because they come from the same country (as Mim and Olivia) or any other reason which could make them have something in common. We also and mainly thought, during the process of making the list, on what we could recommend to someone who likes each one of artists featured on the site (all of them, singularly). This is not an easy thing to do, sometimes it just looks impossible for us to relate artists (what is really similar to Lovage?; we don't know...). We tried to do a good job, but certainly some people will disagree with some names we did put together. Anyway, we hope this new classification can be helpful, and apologize if it is not. We'll eventually manage/adapt the list, trying to get it better if we can.
